These Client Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between InnerDiamondz - Negin Shaygan ("Provider") and the client ("Client") for the provision of life coaching and Expressive Art services. By engaging in our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms. Life Coaching and Expressive Art are alternative or complimentary health care under the laws of a number of states: The person you will be working with is not licensed. That means that they are not a Medical Doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, M.F.C.C, or M.S.W., and you acknowledge that you have never worked with a licensed person on this problem (if you have, you need to present us a letter of referral from him/her before we start Coaching. If you have been prescribed medication to take by them, you need to present us a letter of consent from them before we start Coaching. This means a short written note stating that you have informed your health care provider of your decision to engage in Coaching. Furthermore, nothing that happens here in Coaching should be construed as, nor should you believe that it is a substitute for the advice of a licensed person. 1.Services 1.1 The Coach agrees to provide life coaching and expressive art services to the Client. 1.2 The specific details of the services, including the duration, frequency, and location of sessions, will be agreed upon separately in writing or through verbal communication. 2. Client Responsibilities 2.1 The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching sessions and take responsibility for their own progress and results. 2.2 The Client acknowledges that coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice, and any decisions made based on the coaching sessions are the sole responsibility of the Client. 3. Confidentiality 3.1 The Coach agrees to keep all information shared by the Client confidential, except in the following circumstances: a. With the Client's express permission. b. When required by law. 3.2 The Client understands that coaching sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes, but the recordings will be treated with strict confidentiality. 4. Fees and Payment 4.1 The fees for the coaching services will be agreed upon separately and are payable by the Client according to the agreed terms. 4.2 In the event of late or non-payment, the Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling 5.1 The Client agrees to provide at least 24hrs notice in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a session. 5.2 If the Client fails to provide adequate notice or misses a scheduled session without notification, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 6. Termination 6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. 6.2 In the event of termination, the Client will remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed for services rendered up to the termination date. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 The Coach will provide the services to the best of their abilities and professional knowledge. However, the Coach does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. 7.2 The Coach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided under this Agreement. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia/Sydney NSW. 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. By engaging in our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the most recent version will be made available on our website or provided to the Client upon request. InnerDiamondz cannot and does not give any guarantees on results or earnings with our information, courses, programs. masterminds, mastercourses, coaching, plans, tools, or strategies. You recognize and agree that nobody and nothing part of the InnerDiamondz brand has made any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future results or earnings, or that you will earn any money, with respect to your purchase of InnerDiamondz programs, courses, trainings, masterclasses, mastercourses, or coaching, and that we have not authorised any such implication, promise, or representation by others.
